A $1,900 grant funded an incubator to warm and stabilize hypothermic and medically fragile neonatal kittens, reducing delays in treatment and giving fosters and medical volunteers more confidence caring for high-risk cases.
During the grant period, the organization’s live release rate rose to 98.3%, up from a typical 94–95%, a shift attributed in part to the incubator’s ability to support the most vulnerable kittens, those who historically faced the greatest risk of not surviving.
