We’re empowering shelter staff with the hands-on expertise kittens deserve.

For too long, kittens have struggled in shelters without trained staff and structured programs to meet their unique needs. Orphan Kitten Club’s Mentorship program is changing that—bringing together our grant-funded kitten shelter staff from across the country for a week of immersive kitten learning labs.

Led in partnership with Kitten Lady and San Diego Humane Society, the Mentorship Program provides data-driven best practices and in-depth instruction in a state-of-the-art nursery setting to help shelters prepare for a successful kitten season.

By combining staffing support with expert mentorship, OKC equips kitten champions across the country to save even more little lives in their own communities.
