A $7,500 grant supported a new kitten nursery in Long Beach, providing three incubators, medical supplies, kitten formula, and wet food. The goal was to raise the local kitten survival rate from 72% to 93%, and this funding gave the most critical neonatal kittens the specialized care they needed.
