As Second Chance for Cats worked to expand their foster program and rescue more kittens found outdoors, one challenge stood in the way: supplies. Thanks to this grant, they were able to equip fosters with everything needed to care for even the most fragile babies.
Foster kits were stocked with scales, wet food, heat disks, formula, blankets, bottles, and baby wipes. The grant also funded an incubator, giving the most vulnerable newborns a stable, warm environment when they need it most.
With these resources in place, Second Chance for Cats can now support more foster families and save more kittens than ever before.
