Kittens in Los Angeles, California are getting immediate help to avoid euthanasia!
Thanks to the emergency “go-bags” provided by this grant, over 157 neonatal kittens received life-saving care when they needed it most.
Our partners at Kitty Bungalow created The Emergency Action for Kittens (EAK) Squad, a dedicated team trained to respond swiftly to urgent situations involving neonate kittens. When there’s an immediate need at the end of the day, such as kittens at risk in shelters, the EAK Squad springs into action. Their primary objective is to pull these vulnerable kittens from shelters, providing them with immediate care and support. With the support of “go-bags” provided through this grant, the EAK Squad has all the tools needed to keep neonates alive.
