Shane arrived in critical condition with a complete fracture to his right front humeral bone. Despite the pain, he was purring and sweet from the moment his caretakers met him. Surgery with an external fixator gave his leg the best chance to heal properly, and Shane took his recovery in stride. His leg healed and he found his forever home.
