Scout

Location: New Jersey
Condition: Fracture Repair
Organization: Community Cat Club

Scout arrived unable to put weight on her back leg, but her injury didn’t require amputation. Since she was healthy otherwise, she underwent a femoral head ostectomy to repair the damaged connection between her leg and hip. The surgery was a success, and Scout made a full recovery, running, jumping, and playing like nothing ever happened. Her foster family fell in love while helping her heal, and made it official.
