Pippin came into the world already fighting. Born tangled in his umbilical cords along with his littermates, he required immediate surgery before being bottle fed and carefully nursed back to health.
At five weeks old, Pippin took a frightening turn. His normally spunky personality vanished overnight, replaced by lethargy, vomiting, and a distended stomach. An emergency vet visit revealed a urinary obstruction. His team removed 73mL of urine before performing surgery to clear the blockage entirely. It worked. Pippin recovered, reunited with his siblings, and hasn’t looked back since.
