Oliver

Location: Georgia
Condition: Pectus Excavatum
Organization: Planned PEThood of GA

Oliver was born with a severe case of pectus excavatum, a congenital chest deformity so serious that his chest was pressing on his lungs and heart. A special chest plate was surgically placed to reshape his chest and give him a second chance at life. His surgery was also used as a teaching case at the University of Georgia, helping future veterinarians learn to save more kittens like him. Oliver is now recovering in a loving foster home, getting stronger every day.
