Merry

Merry was rescued at just seven weeks old weighing less than five ounces, four times less than he should have been at his age. He began growing steadily in foster care, but his foster family noticed one of his eyes was causing him real discomfort. A vet visit revealed an inverted eyelid, a condition that can cause permanent cornea damage and vision loss if left untreated. His eyelid surgery was a success, and though the affected eye is slightly smaller than the other, Merry can see clearly with no risk of long term issues. He was adopted into a loving forever home shortly after.
