Frankie

Frankie was found at just three weeks old in a junk-filled yard in Compton, missing a foot and suffering from an open wound. She received antibiotics, wound care, and plenty of medical support while battling ringworm. Despite everything, Frankie was the first of her litter to eat on her own and grow strong enough for surgery. An orthopedic surgeon recommended amputation to protect her long-term health, and she came through her surgery and spay beautifully. Frankie was adopted by one of the very vets who helped save her, and is now thriving.
