Davy

Davy was found battling a severe upper respiratory infection. Antibiotics initially cleared his symptoms, but once the course was completed he developed a high fever, became lethargic, and his legs began to swell. Further testing revealed an elevated white blood cell count and severe anemia requiring a blood transfusion to survive. After emergency veterinary care, a longer course of antibiotics, and close monitoring, Davy made a full recovery.
