Cora

Cora was rescued at just one week old with a small lump on her belly. Three weeks later it had grown dramatically and was affecting her ability to use her back legs. A vet visit revealed an inguinal hernia, with radiographs showing her intestines and bladder had pushed outside her abdominal wall. Surgery was the only option, and remarkably, it was over in just 20 minutes. Despite strong opinions about cage rest, Cora bounced back beautifully, regained full mobility in her back legs, and is now thriving.
