When Buzz & Woody were rescued, they were both suffering from severe eye infections that left them in pain, along with a ringworm infection to fight off. Thanks to a medical grant, the brothers were able to see a veterinary ophthalmologist and receive enucleation surgery and the specialized care they needed to finally feel relief.
Today, the frightened, uncomfortable kittens who first arrived have transformed into playful, curious, affectionate little guys. Buzz & Woody’s journey is a beautiful reminder of just how much proper medical care, patience, and love can change a life.
