This grant funded the creation of a “Kitten Shop,” a self-serve, customizable supply system giving foster families access to the kitten care supplies they need without needing an appointment.
The organization takes in more than 900 kittens under 12 weeks old each year, relying on its foster network to care for them. By streamlining supply access, the shop freed up staff time to focus on recruiting, training, and supporting new fosters, expanding the program’s overall capacity to care for neonatal kittens.
