Bubbles

When Bubbles was found she was barely hanging on, cold, weak, and crashing fast. She couldn’t stand, her temperature wouldn’t register, and she was severely dehydrated. Thanks to a medical grant, she received the emergency care she desperately needed. Against all odds, Bubbles pulled through. She grew strong, spunky, and full of life in foster care, and her foster fell in love and adopted her.
